I’ve been really happy with my Toro mower so far. It cuts the grass nice and even, and I don’t get those annoying weird strips left behind. the yard looks better after just one pass. If Toro’s offering any kind of credit or compensation for sharing feedback, I definitely wouldn’t mind, but the mower itself has been solid.

Maintenance is really simple, which is exactly how it should be. I don’t want to spend extra time fussing with something that should be straightforward, and this definitely saves me time.

I bought a toro snow blower from toro, and overall it’s been solid. It handles heavy, wet snow better than I expected and it usually starts up easily in the morning, which I really appreciate. Shipping went smoothly too. The only thing that bothers me is the chute adjustment, it feels stiff at times, and I felt a little misled because I expected it to be smoother based on how it was presented. Still, it gets the job done and I’m happy with it for winter cleanup...

I filled out the return info, sent it back, and everything went through without any issues. The refund even showed up faster than I expected. Customer service got back to me quickly too, and they didn’t make it complicated. Overall, really happy with how it all went.

They showed the parts as being in stock, so I went ahead expecting everything to be straightforward. But after dealing with the process, I’m not as confident as I was at first. When something says it’s available, I kind of expect that to be accurate, and this experience definitely made me trust them a little less...

I bought it from toro, i don’t really see any reason to complain. The price seemed fair to me, the quality feels solid, and I definitely don’t feel like I got ripped off or anything. Maybe some people expect a crazy discount on everything, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it. I’d buy it again.

I got my Toro mower from toro and, umm, it’s a lot quieter than my old one. The vibration isn’t too bad either, and my hands don’t feel all shaky after I’m done mowing. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I bought this toro mower because it was supposed to be a solid, long-lasting machine, but it hasn’t really lived up to that promise. The quality feels just okay, and some of the plastic parts seem cheap. After only a few uses, one of the handle pieces already started getting loose, which is frustrating. It does still cut the grass, but not as cleanly or smoothly as I expected. I’ve had to go back over certain spots more than once, and that gets old fast. For what I paid, I really expected better build quality and performance. It’s not the worst mower ever, but I feel like it was oversold, and I probably wouldn’t buy this same one again.

As someone who’s particular about keeping my yard looking decent, I was hoping this Toro mower would feel a bit more solid overall. I got my Toro battery mower from toro, and so far I’ve been happy with it. The battery life seems really solid, I can usually get through both my front and back yard on one charge, though if the grass is really thick it might be a little closer. Charging is easy too; I just put the battery on the charger and it’s ready again fairly quickly. it’s been nice not having to deal with gas anymore. I’d give it 5 stars.

I ordered my mower from Toro and getting it set up was straightforward, so no complaints there. I’ve had it for a couple months now, and the biggest thing I appreciate is that it usually starts on the first or second pull, even if it’s been sitting for a few days. It started right up after setup, which was a relief, and I haven’t run into any odd issues yet. My take is that it’s a straightforward buy if you want something that doesn’t turn into a weekend project.

Support did get back to me eventually, but it took a lot longer than I expected. The replies were polite enough, but i kind of felt brushed off while I was waiting. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slow and a bit frustrating.

My local Toro dealer was friendly enough, but getting the service booked felt like a whole ordeal. It took longer than I expected, and I was left wondering what was going on in the meantime. To be fair, they did fix the mower in the end, and it’s running fine now, so the crisis was avoided. I just wish the updates had been better because I had to call twice to chase things down

It took a little while to get everything sorted, but in the end it was handled fine. Nothing too flashy, just got the job done.

Just a heads up if you're thinking about buying this, the handle feels really awkward to hold. I didn’t use it for very long before my hands started getting sore. It might not bother everyone, but for me it was uncomfortable quickly.

I was expecting more power from this toro. It runs okay for regular mowing, but once I get into thicker grass, the torque feels kinda weak and it bogs down more than I thnk it should. Not terrible, just a little dissapointed overall.
